commented answer | Profile not being respected? Thanks Hannah. This is pretty much what I figured but it's good to have someone verify. |

asked a question | Profile not being respected? We've had a number of times recently where the settings on our profile aren't being respected. This includes the "only neutered males" option, but we have also issues with requests that would drastically over book us. Why aren't we being shown as unavailable to these clients? |

asked a question | Tablet just for Rover app? We recently had some issues with people not paying for our services. After discussing with Rover support the suggestion is to not take anyone's pets without having a confirmed booking so the funds are already in play. Since we have a lot of 'emergency' type bookings getting made we'd like to have a tablet in house to allow for folks to do a quick and easy on the spot booking. I had a couple old tablets floating around which apparently don't support current versions of the http://Rover.com app and have a hard time displaying the mobile website. Now we're in the market for something. What would the community at large suggest for an inexpensive tablet just to use for booking? I was thinking the Amazon Fire for $50 would be a great fit, if it's supported. |
