You should definitely consult your vet if they are vomiting and have diarrhea.

Depending on the severity, I always give my dog plain boiled white rice. It really settles her stomach. If that doesn't work I try a scoop of pumpkin.

Also consider what could have caused the issue, did your pup get into something? Could it be anxiety issues?
