I gave her the Rover Support hotline, and she made no comment regarding it, and by now, the Rover request has expired! I’ve still been dropping in on her pup bc the dog’s alone with no one else to feed or let her out :-( :-( |

asked a question | Drop-In Starting Soon with No Confirmation--How do I handle this? I have a drop-in in 15 minutes, and I still have no confirmation from the owner, who is my next door neighbor! We spoke earlier, she said that "nothing happened" after she tried to submit her credit card in. I asked that she try a different card and then contact Rover Support if it didn't work. I messaged her the "how do i pay" from the help pages, and I still have no response. I know she is traveling right now, so I want to give her the benefit of the doubt... However, I want to be able to send a Rover report card, and I want the accountability that Rover provides! I also don't want my booking score to be affected! I'm still going to let the dog out and feed her since this is my neighbor, and I know she's out of town for the weekend! I feel for the pup! |
