I'm sitting a dog who started her bleeding potion of her heat cycle the second day that I had her. Her owners didnt inform me that she was about to go into heat and now I'm unable to get ahold of them. Most likely they didnt know she was about to start, but now I have nothing for her bleeding. I'd like to buy dog panties and pads but I just want to make sure that the owners are willing to reimburse me. What should I do? |
