I was surprised to see that a I was charged a “puppy fee”. I was not aware there was such a thing and it added quite a bit to my bill. How long is a dog a puppy? My dog is 2 weeks shy of 1 year. I would have liked to have know this ahead of time. I just happened to notice the gray writing on the confirmation. It is really too late for me to start the process over. Thank you. Jennifer Lindsley
