| commented answer | Why does my dog grunt like a pig? My dog seems to do this after drinking and eating, but mostly after drinking. It started late 2017, he’s about 11 yrs old mixed breed, a “Bahamian Potcake” sometimes when sleeping I can hear him clearing his throat also. |
