I understand that, " Declined requests that do not match your profile settings or calendar do NOT affect your booking score. " However, this really only applies if the dogs profile is completely filled out. Why does the sitters booking rate get a demerit when the sitter nor rover knows whether or not they match the sitters profile settings? |
