asked a question | Can my profile explain that I require meet-and-greet before confirming reservations? I recently got a request from an owner to watch their dog later that same day. My booking score was poorly impacted because I didn't want to book a new dog (A) without a meet-and-greet, and (B) the dog has just had a procedure at a vet. Is there anyplace in my profile that I can tell owners that I want a meet-and-greet for new guests? And also I don't accommodate last-minute requests for new pups that I haven't met before? I thought there used to be a setting that required 24-hours advance notice to make a reservation. FYI, owners frequently don't read my profile, which is a whole separate issue. |
