commented answer | Is there a dashboard Insurance badge? Thank you, and I will do that! :) |
asked a question | Is there a dashboard Insurance badge? I have insurance beyond the Rover Guarantee. Is there a way to promote this with a badge on our dashboard? Or any other way to make this shown besides writing it in our profile? |

commented answer | How do I edit a picture to take it off public viewing, after I already sent it to my client? Thank you for this link, but I think it's for the owner, not the sitter. When I open the pictures, I'm not given an option to hide the photo. |
asked a question | How do I edit a picture to take it off public viewing, after I already sent it to my client? I sent my client snapshots of what we had to do at the vet, and realized afterwards that those pictures are public. How do I fix that so that only my client can view those particular pictures? There are 3 of them. |

commented answer | What do you do if an owner has not picked up their dog? Thank you for the information! And no, the poor dog has not been picked up yet, but at least the owner FINALLY responded hours later and after a pretty firm message from me. He'll be here tonight. He's also getting charged extra for my inconvenience, particularly for ignoring my kinder messages. |
commented answer | What do you do if an owner has not picked up their dog? Thank you for your answer. He did finally reply after my third and much more firm message - hours later. At least I now have the information I need if God forbid a dog does get abandoned. |

asked a question | What do you do if an owner has not picked up their dog? The owner is not replying to communication and is 2 hours late. Unfortunately, he is here for a couple months from out of town for work, and went back home to visit, so I don't have any other contact person. I should not have relaxed my own policies, I know, and lesson learned for all future clients, but now that I seem to be in this situation, any suggestions? |

asked a question | Is there a way to send an email to all my clients at once? Occasionally I have updates or information that I want to send to all my current clients. Is there a way to send this message to everyone at once rather than having to click on each individual client's message boards to copy and paste the same notification? |

asked a question | Is there a way to set up an automatic response? If we are going to be away for the day and know we won't be able to personally respond to an inquiry until that evening, is there a way to set up an automatic reply so clients know we appreciate their interest and will get back to them as soon as we return? |
answered a question | How do you stop a supposedly "crate trained" dog from barking at night? That can certainly make for a rough night - I feel for ya. I have a dog that I watch very often. He LOVES it here and gets along with all other dogs and human visitors. However, the first night of any stay he is almost always up all night barking. He knows the place, and is comfortable, and he usually has something from home that has his owner's scent. It's just how he is. If he arrives early enough in the day, I try to play a LOT and exercise him quite a bit so he's super tired by bed time. That seems to help. I like the recommendation of trying to just put the crate right near your bed and put something in it with his owner's scent. Also, I'd say go ahead and very nicely contact the owner to see if they have any suggestions that work well to calm their pup down. Good luck - I hope the rest of the visit improves. |

asked a question | How do I delete pictures? Hi, I accidentally posted pictures to the wrong client. How do I delete them? She wasn't upset, but I'd like to clean it up so she only has her own dog's pictures. Thank you! |

asked a question | Is Rover doing anything to help find temporary housing for displaced pets from the hurricane like Airbnb does? I'm wondering how, and if it's even possible, we, as a Rover community, can help with temporarily housing pets as a result of the Hurricane. I know Airbnb does something like this for humans, free of charge to the evacuees, refugees, etc. Does Rover have a similar program? If so, how can we get more details about it, and can we only help if we are nearby? I'm in CT, for example. |
