asked a question | I accepted a puppy and the owner said housebroken, but its peed in my house 15 times in 2 days what to do? As sitters do you ever tack on an extra fee or anything for cleaning etc? I have spent most of the last 2 days chasing this ninja peeing pup all around. Just want to know how to handle it. I mentioned it to the owner and they just kind of brushed it off. |

answered a question | Can the owner not accept the booking, but still drop off? I just went through this the other day.. it was a 7am dropoff and the owner finally messaged me at midnight saying nevermind, it was pretty frustrating. So your address isn't on your profile until you both have accepted or you've done the meet and greet. As Carmen said, don't take the dog until it is officially accepted so that you can be under Rover insurance and everything is done properly. |

asked a question | Do you bring your own poop bags for visits and stays? Was just curious if this is an expense you take on or if clients normally provide. I know if I am walking dogs I will bring my own but when it is at their residence I wanted to know! Thanks! |
