| asked a question | If a client cancels a booking due to an unfortunate circumstance that happened between them and the sitter, will they still be able to leave a review? I was suppose to house sit for a couple while I had let them out the night before, the next day I was late letting them out in the morning. I work in the ER and was unable to leave work due to traumas. So they cancelled the service because I was dishonest for not attending to the dogs in a timely manner. So since they cancelled can they still leave a review? |

I watched a dog and the first night my mom was landed in the ER and I didn't make it to the house until late. They had cameras and a system in their house that would tell you if someone entered. Well I didn't have time to call her and let her know of the emergency and everything was blown out of proportion. The rest of the stay I watched the dog and took tons of pics. Then she left a bad review and said I wasn't truthful. Now that makes me look bad and I am pissed. |
