answered a question | How to improve booking score when dogs are constantly not a good fit? Liz, I feel your pain, I recently went through the same thing and fortunately was able to bounce back. I had fallen from the 1st page back to the 14th page! To my knowledge your booking score & % rate do indeed directly affect your position in the search results. Some people just simply don't pay attention and don't read your entire profile, it's an unfortunate fact. Also unfortunate is that Rover doesn't have a way to account for people that shouldn't be messaging you in the first place. To regain your position in the top 10, you're going to have to start taking any client that comes through and figure out how to keep your cat separate or you risk falling too far in the results and if that happens, without repeat clients your business with Rover is essentially over. I hope this helps! |
answered a question | How common is it to have clients not respond? Adra, For me it averages out to about 15-20% of people who contact me never respond. |
commented question | I live in Greenwood Village Colorado, do you have any sitters who can take a almost blind/deaf pug? Hi Cathy, what dates do you need? I'm located in Cherry Creek. |
