asked a question | Has anyone declined a booking request after a meet and greet? I do house-sitting and always request a meet and greet before accepting a request. For the most part the clients are nice and their homes are clean and feel safe. I have had the odd meet and greet at a home that is just not a place I want to stay. I can't say I'm not available because we wouldn't be having the meet and greet if I was not available. Has anyone found a good, non-offensive way of declining a booking request after meeting the potential client in person? |

answered a question | How can I delete a stay photo? I think there should definitely be a DELETE option, both for pics intentionally and UNINTENTIONALLY sent to clients. I got a new phone and accidentally somehow selected EVERY picture in my photo folder and they started sending to the current client!!!! I turned my phone off until I got home, but when I turn it on I'm not sure if I can get wifi and data turned off fast enough to stop the pictures from sending. Also can't phone Rover because I will have to turn my phone on to do that. Please give sitters more control over our pictures! Even if the pics aren't public, I don't want every pic on my phone going to the client and should be able to quickly delete them. |

asked a question | Should a picture of pet owner be mandatory on profile? I house-sit and always do a meet and greet before accepting. This means I am going to a complete stranger's home. So far I have had mostly good experiences, but I think it should be mandatory that pet owners add a photo of themselves to set up their profile before being able to contact potential sitters. As a sitter, I do everything possible to ensure the safety of the owner's pet and home. Sitters need to have their safety looked after as well. I would like to see who I am meeting before I meet them, after all, they have seen my profile pictures and know who to expect when they open their door. Only Rover administration can ensure the transparency is equal by making a photo of the pet owner mandatory. This is a huge safety issue. Does anyone else feel this way? |

commented question | Where can I find my Rover phone number? Would be great if it was accessible on profile or dashboard. :) |
asked a question | Do you feel your feedback is listened to? I have given feedback on a variety of items, some simple web design changes, that would improve things for sitters. None of them have been implemented. I feel user feedback is always good for making improvements at work, but am feeling like I'm not heard and it's disheartening. Anyone else experiencing this? |

answered a question | On DogVacay, I was able to list some breeds that I didn't want to accept. I can't find that option on Rover, is it there? That was an awesome option on DogVacay, as it just removes any awkwardness for the sitter. I find Rover does not make improvements to the web site based on sitter feedback, and too often the reply is "put it in your profile." |
