| asked a question | What rates can be changed during boarding services? During a boarding - I discovered an owner was not completely forthwrite. The dog is under 1 year (and i only accept 3+ yr old), not neutered (the pup has completely redecorated my home with urine) and is basically chewing everything- all puppy. Can I adjust the rate during the stay to accommodate for puppy services - since I never intended to board puppies. I want to help the owner - but I am ready to cancel at this point. I am seeking advice and suggestions on how to handle this. |
