I get alot of people dropping off early and picking up late.I am a vet tech full time, Rover sitter part time. At my full time job we offer dog boarding we charge by day instead of by night . Does anyone else think we should get the option to make charges by day instead of night? I brought this to customer service attention before and they said you can charge however you want. However when my page says charges are by night then I change it at booking people tend to not like that. Does anyone else think there should be a charge by day option instead of charge by night?

I watched a dog Saturday and Sunday at their home and early Monday they said the dog vomited what they think looks like parts of a tennis ball or a shoe. I replied that I knew for a fact the dog didn't eat any shoes or tennis balls while I was there (iit was caged when I wasn't there , and it was more of a go let put and feed the dog kinda client) so the dog wasn't outside the crate very much. So, then they said the dog was fine. But I just got a message that there are taking it to the vet. So what should I do next ?
