commented answer | Having client fill out forms I have seen that form, thank you. I was more so speaking of liabilities. Like listing things that we as sitters would not be responsible for such as weather damage or god forbid burglaries. And many other situations! I am not insured or bonded as a freelance sitter so I was a bit nervous after reading rovers terms of services and as to what they would back us on. |
asked a question | Having client fill out forms I was reading Rover.com's Terms of Services and there are a lot of responsibilities that are placed on our interactions with clients. Has anyone ever printed out forms to have clients sign in order to basically "CYA". I have found some documents from other pet sitting business that I plan on tweaking for my needs, but it does seem somewhat lengthy and cumbersome. Anyone have similar policies such as this and does it scare off clients? |

asked a question | I am watching a cat, dog, and reptiles; how do I charge for this? I have an owner that has created a profile for her Dog, but it seems that she would also like me to care for a cat, a bearded dragon and an iguana. Is it best for her to create profiles for all her pets separately or for me to just charge a little extra on her current profile? |
