commented answer I would like to only have 1 client at a time, but take 2 dogs. Can I set this up?

The flexible availability will allow some overlap, so that should help by turning that off :)

answered a question I would like to only have 1 client at a time, but take 2 dogs. Can I set this up?

You can put that you are available for 2 dogs, there is an option to mark whether you will accept multiple families. Go to Service Options - How many spaces do you have available each day for dog boarding? ENTER - 2 dogs. Then switch over to Dog Preferences, for "Do you plan to host dogs from different families at the same time?" you can select no. Once a client books, it should not allow another client to request a booking for the same day. I hope this helps!

answered a question Doesthe 20$ dicount new clients get on their first booking using customized link still ets them 20$ off if they book with someone else like it did with dogvacay?

Yes, that i the same way Rover does it, your code is used with another sitter, you get $20. They basically pay a $20 new customer acquisition fee if that makes sense.

answered a question Do you ask clients to give you reviews?

We are newer and knew that some reviews on our page would help encourage more bookings so when clients would come pick up their dogs we would mention that an email would be sent from rover requesting a review and that we'd really appreciate their time filling it out. Each of them has and has left a 5 star review so very worth while in my opinion. I don't think clients realize how helpful it is for us as sitters.

commented answer OT- but trouble with using code for free shirt?

I didn't hear about this goodie bag? Is it over?
