| asked a question | When is a service considered complete? New to the sitter gig so sorry if this is an obvious question but I'm wondering when a visit is officially considered "completed"? I have a dog that I walk a few times a day, and the owner does not care for the rover cards, but instead prefers me to message her a general overview of our day together when all walks are done...will this still consider my service completed just since the day of the service is over, or do I HAVE to use the rover card in order to count it as an "official" walk? Same question goes for house sitting, I know there are no rover cards for this service but when is this considered "completed"? Is there anything I need to do on my end, or is it simply counted as completed when the last day of the booking is over. Thank you in advance for all your help! |
