He's a tough little guy. Beaten, left on the streets when he was a pup.

the only two adults who can reach for him are the two adults who picked him up at the shelter when he was 1.

he's okay with kids (as long as he is not overstimulated)

He's now 5 and it would be great to have someone else he'd go to. He's made so many strides over the years...very obedient to the two who'd picked him up. But still unwilling to be handled by other adults.

We tried pet behavior specialists and maybe we just were unlucky....but they weren't very good. any and all suggestions, referrals welcome. thanks
