Re: Taxes. I went to PayPal and tried to locate my 1099 form as directed by the article on this site. However, the PayPal site said there were no tax forms for 2015 for my account. Should I contact that site to see why a 1099 wasn't generated?Appreciate any help! Thanks.

Upgrading to a business account doesn't guarantee you a 1099. Read this thread:
