Are vaccinations records required?

Rover itself has no policies on vaccinations. You will be asked to provide information on vaccinations when you fill in the basic information about your dog (breed, weight, up-to-date on vaccinations, good with children/cats, etc.). Individual sitters set their own requirements and may ask for documentation from a vet about vaccinations. The sitters here are independent and requirements may vary by city/state. Even veterinarians differ as to what vaccinations might be necessary and there are those that are legally required, like rabies.

Since vaccinations appear to be a priority with you, I would suggest you interview potential sitters about their policies. You should be able to find one that maintains the level of safeguards you require as a dog owner.

Rover does not require you to have vaccination records, but Rover sitters are independent contractors and may require for their business. They are always nice to have and be sure to ask your desired sitter if he/she requires them

Rover doesn't require vaccinations, but many sitters do require just the basic vaccinations as a precaution to protect the dogs. I require all my clients to show me proof of updated vaccines for the standard vaccines (rabies, distemper/parvo, bordetella (kennel cough vaccine)). I have never had any complaints from a client. They understand that I have a high traffic of dogs in and out of my apartment and we go to the park often. Before I book with a client, I wait for a picture or screen shot to be sent or the client brings a copy at our meet/greet.
