How do I get Rover to text multiple phone numbers?

I need Rover to text all responses to multiple phone numbers. Often I drop the dogs off, my wife picks them up, and vice versa. When my wife texts the sitter to arrange a meeting time all of the responses come to me and she is not included. I need Rover to send a group text response to both numbers on the account. How do I enable this?

You may want to contact Rover Support directly by phone or email. I'm not aware of any way to set up multiple phone numbers. Although Rover representatives give input here sometimes, the Q&A community section is mostly communications between pet-parents and pet-caregivers. Ph. [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. One solution might be for both of you to share access to the Rover account, so you both log in with the same password to send messages. That way, both of you will always see the string of messages sent. Another alternative may be to set up the drop off/pick up times when booking the service. Or after booking, both of you utilize the Rover phone number assigned to the sitter to communicate.
