Calendar not syncing correctly with Google calendar?

I have my http://Rover.com calendar setup to sync with Google calendar and it's not always adding events when I book them or deleting the events when I archive them.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a way to fix it?

I find that it usually takes about 24 hours for the calendars to sync. If you are experiencing longer delays than that, you may want to contact Rover support.

Really? That's.. not very useful, then. If you have to wait 24 hours to see new events on your calendar then there's a risk of forgetting; additionally, other calendars added to Google Calendar sync immediately.. so this must be a Rover issue?
