Clients choose wrong service, how to modify?

Twice I have had clients choose the wrong service, then message me to book a different request than they booked. For example, Mike chose 'house sitting for his 2 dogs at $20/day per dog' for 7 days', when he actually wanted 2 drop ins a day for each dog at $15/day per dog. Obviously there is a price difference. So I had to go in and change the price. and now I am actually getting less than I should. However, every time i click 'modify or cancel this request' it just cancels it. Doesn't give me an option to modify the actual service they are needing. Is it supposed to just be cancelled and then the client changes it? Help!

I think that's the way it is supposed to work. Cancel it . If they are a past customer of yours, you can create a new (repeat) booking for them to approve, as you may be more familiar with the system than some customers. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...
