Yes, definitely DO NOT book the stay until you've had a Meet & Greet. The M&G gives both you, the dog(s), and the owners a chance to get to know each other and see if there is a good match. Also you can discuss dropoff and pickup times, schedules, quirks of the dog, and anything else you might need to know. There's some good info on the website and in the sitter's handbook about M&G. I never book a stay without one.
