Pet sitter credentials?

Hello, I have discovered that one of the "pet sitters" on http://Rover.com is misrepresenting themselves. I know this individual and know a great detail about this person's background. How can I warn Rover clients about this person, and/or how can I get Rover to investigate this individual? After all, our pets are a huge part of our family and I cannot imagine leaving my family members with someone of this person's stature (wanted for questioning by the FBI, burglar, thief, embezzler, fraud perpetrator). And I would NOT allow this individual to set foot inside of my home! How does Rover actually screen these pet sitters? Thank you for your help.
