how can i add my phone number to make an account?

i made an account on my phone but then had to abandon it because it wouldn't let me add pictures, so i went to sign in on my computer and it said my email or password was wrong, so i made a new account but it wont let me use my own phone number because i used it in the first account.. so how can i get my number to work?
