Recommendations for a carpet cleaner?

I have tried Nature's Miracle in the past, but need something better, any suggestions? I am having issues with the boys marking on the same area rug. Would love to just treat the whole rug.

I use a Product called GET SERIOUS! it's a pheromone extractor! That is what brings them back to the same spot. Alot of cleaners on the market treat what WE smell, not the Dog.

thank you going to look it up now!

You could also try a C02 cleaner, the molecule attaches itself to uric acid in urine (which is what produces the ammonia that you smell) and oxidizes it, which removes the stain and smell. I've used Fizzion around my home, works like a charm! http://fizzionclean.com/why-it-works/%3C/p%3E (http://fizzionclean.com/why-it-works/)

Dog's pee naturally has ammonia in it already, so using a cleaner containing ammonia will actually encourage continued marking in the same place. In contrast, a cleaner with enzymes will help break down the urine so it can come out of the carpet better. Consumer Reports has some helpful recommendations, and you can look at reviews posted by users, like on Walmart's website, to see what others recommend. Good luck! Update: I've had the best results with Resolve, which gets the stain out immediately and smells great! I love it. Seems to work much better than Nature's Miracle, which I agree is overrated.

I bought a Bissell ProHeat Pet Advanced Carpet Cleaner its great and worth it since its important to keep your carpets clean and most other cleaning solutions mostly clean the surface.

I use the Resolve Easy Clean Foam Carpet Cleaning System with Brush for small messes but I wouldn't recommend it for pee spots.

I used to use a pee deterrent mostly to prevent the marking.
