What household cleaning products are best to use around dogs?

Similar to the answers below, I use homemade mixture of vinegar, warm water, and baking soda. It deodorizes well and is safe for the pups! If in doubt, read the ingredients and caution warnings. If it's not safe for children, it's mostly unsafe for pups too.

I make my own cleaning products. Any solution with baking soda, dawn, and vinegar shaken in a spray bottle is your safest bet for pets. Check out google for specific recipes depending on what you're trying to clean!

I volunteer at a dog rescue and they swear by a product called Simple Green. A different shelter I volunteered at used Nature's Miracle along with water mixed with bleach for deep cleaning, but make sure the dog isn't around when using bleach. Hope that helps!
