Is there a way for sitters to review dogs?

Is there a way for a sitter to review a dog/pet owner? I had a meet and greet today and got a funny feeling that the person has been through several rover sitters because the stays don't typically go well. It would be great for a sitter to be able to give a heads-up about a dog that's potentially hard to handle, or about a dog owner that hasn't been truthful in the past.

Hi Amanda, Many sitters share your thoughts, but currently the dog reviews that sitters write after the stay (Rover requests these) are only viewed by them and any dog notes you enter are just visible to you. You could suggest this an an enhancement to Rover support.

I think this would be an AMAZING feature! Rover could act as a filter and use dog reviews from sitters to note certain characteristics about a dog (good & bad), then share them internally.

Hi Amanda, I have had a couple meet and greets where the pet parent complained about a sitter. I ask a lot of questions about their dog(s), routine, etc. and give them a detailed form to take home and fill out. I want to make sure the dog(s) are up to date with vaccinations, etc. I explain my routine to make sure we are in agreement. I have found that the pet parent sometimes goes to another sitter. Go with your gut/instinct. After a day or so of thought you will either feel comfortable taking the customer or letting them know it wouldn't be a good fit. Sometimes it turns out to be a Great fit.
