is lower fee charged for pick up before noon?

Does Rover charge by the day or for the number of nights? i.e., If someone comes in on Friday and leaves on Monday, is that counted as 3 days' fee or 2 night's fee?

The "nightly" charge is for a 24-hour period. If someone drops off a dog on Friday at 9 am, the customer would be charged for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) if picked up by 9 am Monday. If the dog is picked up at, say, 7 pm on Monday, there would be an additional daycare charge as determined by the sitter. You have to look at both dropoff and pickup times.

As Karen stated it is a 24 hour time period. If someone picks up a few hours earlier I don't reimburse because it isn't broken down into quarters per hour. Before the pet sit but after the booking, if someone decides they will be back and pick up a day earlier I will reimburse that day. I have mostly repeat customers so I will work with them. -Kathleen D.
