Which Rate is chosen - puppy or holiday?

I was wondering how Rover picks which rate to choose during holidays for a puppy - does it pick the puppy rate regardless or holiday rate? Currently, my holiday rate is less than a puppy rate and if the system just picks the holiday rate during the holidays, then I would actually be getting paid the same as for a regular adult dog rate over the holidays. Maybe I need to make the puppy and holiday rate the same. I am not sure what other people's experience is with this. Thanks! :) Mehak

The holiday rate overrides all other rates, so a second dog or a puppy will be charged at the holiday rate same as a single adult dog. You are welcome to change the rates after a request is submitted to charge at the puppy rate (or a puppy holiday rate, by adjusting your puppy rate up to account for the holiday). Likewise, if you got a two dog request, you can change the second dog's rate to reflect a multiple dog discount.
