Is there a way to retroactively apply a promo code?

My client could not get the promo code to work the first time she booked. She wants to rebook now. Is she able to use that code? This will be the 2nd time ever to use Rover.

Hi Nikki- you should contact rover and have them apply it.

The client needs to contact Rover, explain the situation, and ask them to apply it. Hopefully it wasn't too long ago. My hunch is that it can only be applied to the previous booking, so if rover can honor it, maybe she'll receive a refund.
