On Rover? When your dog finishes their stay with your dog sitter, you will receive an email to leave a review for them.

What if your sitter went outside if rover to book?
A good review would include things like how your dog and the sitter got along, things that the sitter did that made the dog and/or you happy, and whether you would book them again. Look at reviews of other sitters to get an idea of what to say.
