Business License?

Ok, so I live in Fort Lewis, WA. Do I need to get a business license to pet sit for Rover? Some answers I've found say yes, some say no, and I have no idea how to go about the process. If anyone locally could help, or anyone that has general knowledge, I'd appreciate it!

Business licensing is usually done by a city. If you are on a military base, then local ordinances probably don't apply. Are you in Fort Lewis or Tacoma, as it says next to your name? If so, then here are the requirements for your county:
