Does Rover card allow part of a 1/2 hour dog walk used to cuddle dog per owner's request?

If I can use part of the 1/2 hour cuddling dog how do I put that info into the Rover card?

Add note - there you can text the owners how you cuddled their dog and you can describe how much you and the dog enjoyed your together time :)
