Why can't I complete my profile to be a pet sitter?

I set up my profile back on January 10th. I was not able to move to the services and rates section to complete my account. I have asked about this and was told to complete my profile. Well, I save and hit continue and nothing. I see an edit profile but not a view profile. I have checked it so many times and everything is correct and completed. Not sure what to do. Please help. Thank you!
