Has anyone experienced Rover app removing you (sitter) from accepting new clients?

Hey fellow sitters,

I started Rover sitting in October, and throughout the first month had a pretty good turnout for doggy daycare/drop-ins. Although this November I have not been having as many clients reaching out for pet care. I was wondering what happen, so I opened up my settings. When I was in my settings I noticed that it said that I was no longer accepting new clients for drop-ins or daycare (which was my most popular calls)! HOWEVER, I did not change this! The only thing that I had altered in my settings was the availability to do these types of care on a few specific days.

Has any other sitters/walkers experienced something like this while using the app? Just curious and want to make sure that I am not going insane.

Go to your profile; edit; select a service you provide such as boarding; scroll down and make sure "is accepting new clients" is checked. I had this issue recently. Not sure why.
