What is Rover's UBI number?

I'm in Washington State getting my business license and it asks if my business is affiliated with any other business entity. If so, enter their UBI number. The full question is, "Is this business owned by, controlled by, or affiliated with any other business entity?" and while I know the first 2 don't apply it seems I am affiliated with Rover.
