Issues with Stripe?

Has anyone had issues with the identification process using your SSN for the Rover to Stripe link/connection? Constantly my identification comes back as invalid. After sending my social security card, multiple forms of ID, and a letter from the social security office to Rover, Stripe has told Rover that Stripe is need of a 147C with an Employer ID Number in order to further validate my identification. The SSN, multiple forms of ID have not worked. Has anyone encountered such an issue where Stripe will not accept these forms of ID? Thanks!
