I have "Hide Photos" turned on and have since I first started with Rover. I still have photos coming up on my profile from a current stay as well as a screenshot I needed to send to a pet-owner of their booking. When I go to Gallery the photos don't show up, but if I look up my profile without logging in, I can still see them. Please help!
I have received a tip once and it was generous. I was very thankful for it.I do not think the owners think about tipping a dog sitter. Not yet anyway. I think I will decline tips from now on and ask them if they would write a review instead because that is the way you get more business.
If you think about that and do that maybe the owners will start writing more reviews for us and in turn we can have more business.This pet sitting thing can be crazy,I cannot believe some of the things I run into.Some good and some bad.Over Christmas I sat 2 large dogs and the owner said she was going shopping to stock the refrigerator for me. and one said they pay 60 dollars a day for 3 large dogs period to house sit for a week???Minus 20 percent I politely declined.The overhead would be nearly that much.Food not provided.
