How do I send a Rover card after the stay has ended?

I've been hosting for almost 10 years, and I've never had to send a Rover card (I always text pics/video updates directly). I just had a new client book a recurring weekly daycare, and now I'm learning that I must send a Rover card to get paid for a recurring service. The first daycare day was yesterday. I can't figure out how to create a Rover card for a stay that has already ended. Can someone please walk me through it?

I'm not sure if you can...but as long as you sent some photos and notes yesterday and then ON Rover, write a note saying that you forgot or did not know you had to send a card during visit because it is a new service for you, the owner and Rover should be satisfied. Call Rover help line if needed and explain and assure them it won't happen again and you should get paid and be fine.

Ok, thank you. I sent the owner pics and vids all day via text, so it's just a matter of adjusting to the Rover card instead.
