Why have I been denied access to a client's info?

Has anyone ever experienced this. When I tried to access a client's file tonight via the link in the original request text message I was denied access by Rover. This job started today (4/15/22) and has been confirmed by both of us so I don't understand why I can't access her file via the app. Is there a fix for this?
