The Rover card won't finish and send. Anyone else experience this?
It says card failed to send. It won't finish the drop in visit and send the card.

The app is wonky at times, especially when you aren't connected to WiFi or have poor cell coverage
When that happens to me, I take a picture of my Rover report card and send go the owner and let then know what's going on. Once I get to better cell service and I try submitting the card again it has always sent successfully.
That is very common when I am doing drop-in visits, and I'm not on the internet. Whenever I drive home, refresh the app, and connect to my home internet, it works.
If it doesn't work no matter what, you can let your client know and offer to send the pictures and information manually. You can even take screenshots of it if it's easier.
