Honestly I had a litter of pups and half of them had that same thing your describing. Vet said it was mange. It looked awful and painful but with this potent mix of sponged on meds cleared up amazingly well. I'd check to see if possible same thing for ur pup. It's more common then ud think

I’d highly advise scheduling a vet appointment.A Puppies health is much more delicate than adult dog.

You’ve observed several things that are not normal for your puppy.

A dark black stool may very well indicate internal bleeding. Dried blood will come out looking black and sometimes tarry.

Loose stools could be indicative of may different things, with the easiest remedied being dietary indiscretion (consuming something while outside or even a treat somewhere or possibly food that disagrees with his/her GI) However that’s just one of the maladies you’ve mentioned.
