How do I archive a house sitting request due to an extended care booking?

I am house sitting for a long weekend +extended care until Tuesday 8pm. This means I am sleeping over Monday night, and staying most of the day on Tuesday. However, my calendar shows available Tuesday night. Technically I am available to spend the night at another home, but I am not available until after 8pm. I received a new request to house sit Tues 8am - Wed 12pm. I had to decline and apologize because due to the booked extended care. 1) Is there a way for dog owners to see my day & time availability? 2) If I archive the new request as “I was not available”, my calendar will be updated as Not Available. Will this effect my upcoming booking for extended care that day? 3) @Rover.com Can you add a drop down option for “I was not available due to extended care”? This schedule overlap is not my fault and I don’t want my search results to be effected.
