How am I getting so many requests from new client's who do not have a completed Rover profile?

I am bringing first time customers to my home as "strangers". Shouldn't Rover be mandating a completed profile before client is able to contact me as a sitter?

I agree - it would be nice for the client to have to fill in the important info before a booking..

New users frequently need prompting to provide full profiles. The rover platform can be confusing to new users. And some don’t fill it out immediately because it takes time and they’re not sure if they’ll meet a sitter that is a match for their needs.

That doesn’t mean that you need to invite a complete stranger to your home. Ask them pertinent questions that matter to you to learn more about their pet needs and determine if you’re a match. You can also nicely ask them to please complete the profile and you can refer them to rover customer service number if they need assistance in doing so.
