I'm new to Rover and am searching for someone to walk our puppy. When I fill out the form, it appears it hires the walker. Is there a way to run some questions by them before I hire?

Hi, Rover recommends meeting sitters and walkers and asking questions before booking.
It prompts users to input information such as credit card, but before any charge happens, there are a couple more steps where both parties click “book it now” which is when rover first pings the card and holds the funds until after the dates of services are completed.
