I've already set up my profile, and initally only asked a couple people for reviews, since I was just getting the profile set up. Now that it is set up, I want to ask for more reviews from friends and those I have sat for in the past, previous to Rover, but I cannot find any way to do so. Is there a link I can send to people? A place I can find this?
Go to your Dashboard. Click on the Profile tab. Scroll down to a section with a green header entitled "New to Rover? Want to get your profile noticed? The first thing under that section is a link to request testimonials from friends and past sitting customers.
Yes! Go to your dashboard and as Karen said, send the testimonial link. You can go back to your old conversations (not through the Rover inbox, but through your text messages if it's connected), and send that link.
If you don't have success anywhere else, give Rover support a call at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They are very helpful.
I like to wait about a weeks time to see if they have given me a review after I have filled out my own online review of the stay. If I have not received a review by that time then I typically say something like "Hope to see you guys again soon; don't forget to rate your stay with me. Let me know if you need anything."
