Can someone please explain the extended stay rate to me?

I have a client who would like to book for a month. I am trying to offer the extended-stay rate. But the format is confusing to me. No matter how I enter it, the total comes out wrong!! Can someone explain exactly what to put in the two empty boxes?

I tried to put 20/7 and the person got charged $140 a night.

If I put 20/1, then everyone would get that rate?

Long story short I am trying to charge 20 dollars a night for 30 nights with a total bill of 600.

It should be easy but it's not!

Can you tell Im frustrated??

It sounds like you want to offer just this client and just this time for now. In that case, the simplest way is to enter a "Cost Adjustment". This can be done by setting up the booking and before clicking Book It Now, right above the total amount is cost adjustment. This can be entered as a positive or negative amount. For discounts, just include - $x before the number. If you need help adjusting, you can call Rover support for help fixing it.
